Do you ever feel as if running up a flight of stairs wears you out? Ten years ago when I was 40 years old, I would wake up in the mornings and my joints would be achy, I was exhausted all the time and all activity would take effort. I remember climbing up a flight of stairs and huffing and puffing. I remember saying to myself “I’m only 40 years old and I’m so out of shape, what am I going to feel like at 50?” At that moment I decided I had to do something about this. So I made up my mind and changed my lifestyle. It wasn’t easy but after a year of hard work and changing my eating habits I literately became a new person. I lost sixty pounds! I woke up with energy, no pain, and not only could I run up a flight of stairs with no problem but had the strength and stamina that most 20 year old’s would envy.
If I can do this anyone can! So not only did I change myself but had this new found desire to inspire others to become healthy and fit. I pursed a new career and became a personal trainer. I love my job and can’t wait to motivate and change peoples lives for the better. It is rewarding to see so many of my clients lives improve. They have become healthier and are aspiring to reach their goals. I understand the hardships along the way and relate to my clients and their every day struggles. We all live in the real world and that’s where we have to overcome all our obstacles. That’s what I do, I motivate, challenge, and encourage my clients to be the best they can be. I want them to enjoy life at it’s fullest and teach them how to do so. What a wonderful blessing it is to help other’s achieve good health and happiness!
