We are excited to share with you are new website and blog. It will contain tips, tricks, articles, workouts, motivation and more to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Together, we’ll share our struggles and triumphs, and along the way we’ll find our path to health and happiness. We want this to be a dialogue, so if you have any thought you want to share, questions you want to ask or ideas for posts, we’d love to hear back from you. We want to learn as much from you as you learn from me!
If you are new to HardCore Fitness, we are sure you have lots of questions. Who are we? Where are we located? What are our workouts like? How much does it cost? How long are the sessions? What time are the classes held? What do I need to bring to class?
Who is HardCore Fitness Studio? HardCore Fitness Studio is owned and operated by me, Vee Gallo. I am a certified personal trainer that’s worked at the big gym chains as a personal trainer. I didn’t like working there. All they cared about was sales and making their quotas. They didn’t care about your goals or health. I grew tired of the sales games they played. I knew I had to start my own place, where people were cared for, where people got results. I have a client centered business model, I work with you to meet your goals.

What are our workouts like?
We incorporate a variety of exercises into all of our workouts – core, plyometrics, cardio, weight training, kettlebell, TRX, BOSU, body weight, flexibility, Pilates, yoga and balance exercises. You will never do the same workout twice; we vary the exercises so that you are never bored and are continually challenged.
What time are the classes held?
Our classes run Monday through Saturday at convenient times, we also add classes upon request. See our current schedule here. If you need a different time please contact us here, we will make an effort to accommodate you.
How much does it cost?
$150 per month for our unlimited membership – come to as many classes as you want, it’s our most popular membership. This membership works out to less than $9 per class if you come to 4 classes a week. No longer term contracts, memberships are paid on a monthly basis!
$120 per month for twice per week – come any two days that works for you, perfect for those with busy schedules. This membership works out to about $13 per class. No longer term contracts, memberships are paid on a monthly basis!
Not ready to join, have a crazy schedule? we also offer a $20 drop in fee, come in and give us a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Do you accept credit & Debit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash & personal checks.
How long are the sessions?
Our classes run for an hour, but regardless of your level of fitness we customize all of our workouts to your individual ability.
What do I need to bring to class?
Bring a bottle of water and a desire to work hard, and if you prefer bring your own mat.
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothing and gym shoes.
“I’m out of shape”, “I haven’t worked out in years”, “Boot Camp sounds intimidating”, will I be able to do the workouts?
We’ve heard it all and then some. Yes, our unique style allows everyone to start right where you are today. We will also modify the exercises to your ability, if we see they are too difficult for you.
How long have you been doing this?
I have worked at a couple of the big gyms, I also owned my own studio in Lincoln Park and have been in Norwood Park – Edison Park since 2011. Altogether I have been training clients since 2005
How many times a week do I need to attend to see results?
We recommend 3-4 classes per week, but you will see results with as little as two sessions per week, it will just take a little longer. Some is better than none!
How long before I see any results?
Everybody is different, but you typically will begin to see results 2-4 weeks.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
No, we have everything you need to get a great workout!
