While personally I am not someone who comes up with a bunch of resolutions at the beginning of each year, I found 2 mantras that I want to fit into my life and hope my clients will do the same… “Eating well is a form of self-respect” & “I am grateful for the ability to move my body and workout” This resonates with me because it focuses on treating your body with self-love/care.
