We pose the question “What if you simply devoted this year to loving yourself more?”
How would this look in your daily life? How would you feel about yourself and your body? How could you change your habits with this thought in mind?
As your coach/trainers our hope is that we guide you to develop a deep love for yourself. Along with self respect and the gift of treating your body with kindness. Not shame or beating yourself up for making the wrong choices. The program is focused on a New Year’s Resolution to devote time for loving yourself more.
