How long are the sessions/classes?
Our classes run for an hour. There is a 5-7 minute warm up, 45 minutes of body weight, strength training, balance, stability, and much more (listed below). The last 10 minutes are cooling off and stretching. Regardless of your level of fitness we customize all of our workouts to your individual ability.
What is your schedule?
Our classes run Monday through Saturday at convenient times, we also add classes upon request. If you need a different time please contact us here, we will make an effort to accommodate you.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a bottle of water and if you prefer bring your own mat.
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring your gym shoes to change into once you arrive.
“I’m out of shape”, “I haven’t worked out in years”, “Boot Camp sounds intimidating”, will I be able to do the workouts?
We’ve heard it all and then some. Yes, our unique style allows everyone to start right where you are today. We will also modify the exercises to your ability, if we see they are too difficult for you.
What kind of exercises do you do?
We incorporate a variety of exercises into all of our workouts – core, HIIT, plyometrics, cardio, weight training, kettlebell, TRX, Bosu, body weight, flexibility, Pilates, yoga and balance exercises. You will never do the same workout twice; we vary the exercises so that you are never bored and are continually challenged.
Are you certified?
Yes, I am a Personal Trainer Certified through American Council on Exercise ACE. I am also a certified Boot Camp Fitness Instructor through Start Fitness. I obtained a 200 Hour Yoga Certification through Core Power Yoga a Registered Yoga School.
How long have you been doing this?
I have been a yoga instructor for a year and a half. I have taught group fitness/ boot camp classes and one – on -one sessions since March of 2015.
How many times a week do I need to attend to see results?
We recommend 3-4 classes per week, but you will see results with as little as two sessions per week, it will take a little longer. Some is better than none!
How long before I see any results?
Everybody is different, but you typically will begin to see results 3-4 weeks.
Do you accept credit & debit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
No, we have everything you need to get a great workout!
