HardCore Fitness Studio boot camp is perfect for any fitness level. We incorporate a variety of exercises into all of our workouts – core, plyometrics, cardio, weight training, kettlebell, TRX, Bosu, body weight, flexibility, Pilates, yoga and balance exercises. You will never do the same workout twice; we vary the exercises so that you are never bored and are continually challenged.
Our clients come to us because they are struggling to get results. They’ve tried everything from joining a gym, to hiring a personal trainer, bought the latest/greatest piece of equipment and/or exercise DVD, tried every fad workout and diet only to gain the weight they’ve lost plus a few more pounds.
